Rent Our Space for Your Event
Rental fees are $25 per hour up to $200. We are listed on Matchbook.
We have two accessible 15 x 15 rooms connected by a double door. Each room has access to the outside. One room connects to the accessible bathroom.There is a third small room in the rear.
It is a great space for a workshop or class, yoga or bodywork, musical rehersal space or gallery space. It would work for a birthday party for kids and teens.
We have 4 round tables and two big conference tables. We have a white board and projector. We have WiFi. We would consider sharing our technology equipment for an additional fee.
We are located at 1 Sugarloaf Street at the corner of Sugarloaf and Graves Streets in the center of South Deerfield right off the common. Enter through the front door on the right (when open) or the side door on Graves Street.
Parking is available along the common and in the public lot on the northwest side of the common. Please do not take the spaces used by patrons of the businesses along the Sugarloaf Street. Do not park in front of the GoNomad Cafe, Jerry's Place, Georgio's, etc. Good practices here will make us good neighbors.
(You may also park behind the building and in the bank parking lot next door after 5:15 and on weekends.)1 Sugarloaf Street
