For those interested to learn about the nature of the up-coming 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. Sample a taste of mindfulness. (Open to ALL. Attendance at this evening is not required for the course.) Fee for the evening will be deducted from the course fee for those who enroll.
